You’d much rather spend two hours speaking to interesting business owners than writing LinkedIn posts that no one likes.

You already go to at least 4 networking meetings a month, so you know the way to find more clients isn't as simple as booking a load more meetings.

You keep meeting people who say what you do, "Sounds really interesting".

You know they have potential to become great clients who you could genuinely help.

What do you don't know is how to move someone from having a great conversation to taking the next step.

That means the potential to work together quickly disappears.

You're left wondering, “What was the point?”

Most experienced networkers follow-up in one of two ways.

Either they’re a Love Bomb Laura, or a Play It Cool Polly.

Love Bomb Laura goes straight in with loads of information about her business.

She shares her Facebook page, a link to her podcast, details of her next workshop and a message about spaces in her VIP coaching group.

Play It Cool Polly likes to keep things chilled.

She sends a LinkedIn connection request and says it might be nice to have a 1:1 sometime.

Neither work.

Love Bomb Laura scares off prospects with information overload.

Whereas Play It Cool Polly is so laid back that the other person barely realises they’ve been asked a question.

They both want the same thing:

A call booked in the diary with someone who genuinely wants to work with them.

But the way they follow-up stops both of them getting there.

I used to be a Play It Cool Polly.

I thought the way to find clients through networking was to tell enough people what I did, and hope that eventually someone would know someone who would want to hire me.

I tried that for 12 months and never got any clients from it.

Two years ago, I ripped up the rulebook and tried something else.

I decided to stop relying on other people to connect me to potential clients and trying to have 1:1s with everyone I met.

Instead I got more intentional with how I followed up and started inviting people to opportunities to get to know me better.

A pitch audit, a free workshop, a networking strategy call.

Something that gave them genuine value, and gave me a way to see if I was the right person to help them.

Last year, 88% of my clients came from networking.

They weren’t all ready to buy straight away, but they were all ready to take the next step.

I call this the Invite Them to the Party method.

I’m going to help you implement the Invite Them to the Party method in your business, so you can convert more of the great networking conversations you’re having into discovery calls.

Here's how we'll build the Invite Them to the Party method for your business.

Identify the opportunity: Not all promising networking conversations are created equal. You'll discover how to use the VIP Call Request System to prioritise conversations so you can send the right follow-up to the right person.

Choose the right next step: You'll decide how to follow-up with potential clients, collaborators or referral partners. That way you can make sure you invite possible clients to the right next step, without missing out on continuing the conversation with someone who could help you grow your business.

Create the invitation: You’ll create three personalised invitations that you’ll use to move a networking conversation forward. Your invites will be designed to be easy to say yes or no to, without making you feel like you’re being Brad from Sales.

Get the call booked: You'll build your own Conversation Converter, the personalised booking process that makes it super easy to get a call in your diary so that you don't lose a potential client to a game of diary tennis.

You’ll leave with a clear plan to convert the great networking conversations you have in Q4 into calls booked in your diary, and invitations you can send out at your next networking meeting.

This is for you if:

This is for you if:

  • You already go to at least 4 networking meetings a month

  • You have an offer you’ve already sold

  • Networking is the main way you want to find clients

If you’re new to business or you only network occasionally…you can sit this one out. What we’re covering won’t be relevant to what you need right now.

Conversations That Convert is a live implementation workshop.

I'll be coaching you on the call and we'll get the work done together.

It's happening on:

Wednesday 7th October

10:00am - 12:00pm UK Time

Tickets are £47.

8 spaces available.

Can't join live? Don't worry, you'll get the full workshop recording and all the resources within 24 hours.
